This Refund Policy applies to all Infineteck services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development

  • Game Development

Our Commitment to Clients

Every Infineteck project begins with clarity and alignment. Before development starts, we ensure the following steps are completed and approved:

  • Discovery and requirement discussion
  • Final Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
  • Timeline confirmation
  • Budget and milestone approval

Once these steps are finalized, the project officially enters execution and dedicated resources are assigned.

Upfront Payment Policy

All Infineteck projects require an upfront payment to initiate work. This payment allows us to allocate professional resources, including developers, designers, project managers, and QA specialists. This policy applies equally to all clients worldwide, regardless of location.

No Refund After Project Initiation

Once the upfront payment is received and project execution has started, refunds are not applicable. This is because:

  • Project resources are allocated immediately
  • Development schedules and milestones are locked
  • Work is custom-built based on your approved SRS
  • Time, expertise, and infrastructure are actively utilized

Infineteck does not reuse templates or deliver generic solutions. Every project is built specifically for your business.

No Refund After Project Completion & Delivery

Once a project has been completed and deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes delivery of:

  • Final mobile app builds (iOS / Android)
  • Front-end and back-end source code
  • UI/UX design assets
  • Admin panels, dashboards, or CMS
  • Server configurations and API integrations

Clients are encouraged to review and test deliverables during the development and review stages. While Infineteck provides bug fixes and revisions within the agreed warranty period, refunds are not available after final delivery.

Limited Exception: SRS Non-Compliance

A refund may be considered only if Infineteck fails to deliver major features explicitly defined in the signed and approved Software Requirement Specification (SRS), and only after reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue.

To qualify, all of the following must apply:

  • A signed and approved SRS document exists
  • Critical deliverables defined in the SRS were not provided
  • The issue was reported during development or immediately upon delivery
  • No third-party modification or external tampering occurred

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at Infineteck’s discretion, based on the work completed.

Payments, Delays & Disputes

Payments are typically divided into phases (advance, milestones, final payment). Late payments may result in delays or temporary service suspension. Client-caused delays (late feedback, lack of communication) do not qualify for refunds. Infineteck strives to resolve any disputes professionally and fairly.

Important Notes

  • Digital services are non-tangible and non-returnable
  • Refunds do not apply to support, maintenance, or retainer services once initiated
  • Results from marketing or third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed
  • Policy applies consistently across all regions and countries

How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

If you believe your case qualifies under the SRS exception, please follow these steps:

  • Email info@infineteck.com
  • Include your project name and invoice reference
  • Attach your signed SRS document
  • Provide a clear description of the issue
